Character guide
JEV-chan
The judge with a pair of scales
JEV-chan is ZipZipPipe's personification of JEV as a judge. Her design uses black and pink, and she holds a pair of scales. In the creator's setting, thorns seal her mouth because JEV cannot hold a conversation.
